    its location in rotorua was magnificent and lovely, short walk to close to shops, the island and skyline gondola, luge, mountain bike track and heaps of other action stuff. the staff and the host were all knowledgeable and affable.

    Family Favorite for a Relaxing Getaway

    So, we got this message about our room being ready before check-in time, a nice surprise! The room was all set up waiting for us, lights on, blinds drawn, even had extra towels and pillows.

    It wasn't the cheapest place but you know what? The experience was worth it.

    The playground was a hit with our kids, providing hours of fun. We also loved the spacious family room and the nice feature of friendly chickens roaming the hotel. The warm hospitality from the hosts.

    Our Hostess greeted us with warm muffins and a pitcher of cold milk for our tea!!! We got to feed the little lamb, pet the alpaca and play with the dogs. The rooms were comfortable and had all the extra blankets you could ever need. We got lots of great advice for local deals and help with booking our experience at the Maori Village. I wish we had more time to stay in Rotorua, we should have planned at least two more days to do all the things we needed to do!

    The family room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable furniture and a clean environment. The outdoor play area was fantastic, providing hours of entertainment for the kids. I especially loved the beautiful garden view outside our room, it really added to our experience.
